Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Dynamics International School ("DIS") Admissions Portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the portal.

2. Portal Services

The Admissions Portal provides the following services:

  • Online submission and tracking of admissions applications
  • Document upload and management
  • Communication between parents/guardians and school staff
  • Contract review and digital signing
  • Event registration and scheduling
  • Fee and invoice management
  • Consent and privacy preference management

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the application process and to update your information if it changes.

4. Accuracy of Information

You represent that all information provided through the portal is accurate, complete, and current. Providing false or misleading information may result in the rejection of your application or termination of enrolment.

5. Document Submissions

Documents uploaded through the portal must be genuine and unaltered. We reserve the right to verify all submitted documents. Submission of fraudulent documents is a serious offence and may be reported to the relevant authorities.

6. Digital Signatures

Digital signatures provided through the portal are legally binding under the Electronic Transactions Act of Singapore. By providing a digital signature, you confirm that you have the authority to enter into agreements on behalf of yourself and/or your child.

7. Fees and Payments

All fees are as outlined in the offer letter and student contract. Fee protection under the EduTrust Fee Protection Scheme (FPS) is provided in accordance with CPE regulations. Details of fee protection coverage are available in your contract documents.

8. Cooling-Off Period

In accordance with CPE regulations, you are entitled to a cooling-off period after signing the student contract. During this period, you may withdraw without penalty. The exact duration is specified in your student contract.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and functionality of the Admissions Portal are owned by DIS and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

DIS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the portal. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the portal and are not liable for any disruptions due to maintenance or technical issues.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
